What makes your protein bars different?
We use only real, natural ingredients — no artificial additives or gimmicks. Think an all natural bar, but with more protein and even better flavors. Our bars are crafted to fuel people who believe in daily growth and self-improvement.
What ingredients do you use?
Whole foods like nuts, egg whites, dates, fruit, natural flavorings, and sea salt. No added sugar, no preservatives, no junk.
Are your bars vegan, gluten-free, low sugar, or keto-friendly?
Our bars are gluten-free and low in sugar. They are not vegan because we use egg whites as a clean, high-quality protein source.
How much protein is in each bar?
Each bar contains 15–22 grams of protein, nearly double the typical amount found in Taiwan’s convenience store options.
What flavors are available or coming soon?
Our first three flavors are:
- Sea Salt Dark Chocolate
- Blueberry
- Vanilla Honey
We’ll add more flavors based on your feedback.
Do your bars contain artificial sweeteners or preservatives?
Never. We believe natural ingredients are powerful enough.
What is the shelf life of the bars?
Our bars have a shelf life of at least 6 months, ensuring freshness and quality.
Are your bars suitable for children?
Yes, but they’re designed with adults’ protein needs in mind. Please check for allergies, especially nuts or egg whites.

Why did you start this business?
Taiwan’s market lacks quality protein bars, and I wanted to create a product that reflects my values of growth, health, and authenticity. This business also supports my visa goals and personal brand as someone who leads by example.

Manufacturing & Sourcing
Where are your protein bars made?
Proudly manufactured in Taiwan, supporting local industry and working with trusted factories.
What certifications does your manufacturing partner have?
Our partners hold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP certifications to ensure safe, high-quality production—key for convenience store standards.
What packaging do you use?
Each bar is individually wrapped for freshness and convenience. Fifteen bars come in a sturdy box suitable for retail and shipping. We’re exploring eco-friendly packaging options for the future.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for production?
Our first production run will be about 2,500 boxes (30,000 bars total). We plan monthly reorders as demand grows.
What is the shelf life of your protein bars?
At least 6 months, meeting the needs of convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart.
Will you handle labeling and regulatory compliance?
Yes, our partners assist with nutrition labeling, and we are working on Taiwan FDA registration to ensure full compliance.
Can the factory support new flavors or variations in the future?
Absolutely. We’re starting with a minimum viable product but plan to expand our flavor lineup based on your feedback.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently, we ship only within Taiwan.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees depend on location and order size and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Taiwan.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
Currently, returns and refunds are not available during the crowdfunding campaign.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Not at this time.
What should I do if I receive damaged products?
Please contact our support team immediately at info@jprotein.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Are your bars nut-free or dairy-free?
Our bars contain nuts and egg whites, so they are not nut-free or dairy-free.
Are the bars safe for people with common food allergies?
Our bars contain common allergens such as nuts and egg whites. Please review ingredients carefully.
Can diabetics eat your bars?
Our bars are low in sugar, but diabetics should consult their healthcare provider before trying any new food product.
How many calories are in each bar?
Approximately 250 calories per bar (final number pending product testing).
